Cancellation Policy

At The BednBong Experience Stay, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized, elevated cannabis-friendly retreat. As a boutique experience, every booking matters. Please review our policy carefully before reserving.

Early Cancellations (Outside 72 Hours)

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in are eligible for a full credit (excluding cleaning fee), valid for up to 120 days from your original reservation date.

Refunds are not issued, except for the cleaning fee.

Late Cancellations (Within 72 Hours of Arrival)

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control—including:

• Airline rescheduling or cancellation

• Acts of God or natural disasters

• Emergency travel restrictions

—you will receive a credit equal to your initial payment (excluding cleaning fee), redeemable for a future stay within 120 days.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled stay without any communication or formal cancellation will forfeit 100% of the booking payment, including the cleaning fee. No credits or refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Refunds

The only refundable charge is the cleaning fee. All other payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
